伺服系統的組成
伺服系統可分為開環、半閉環、閉環控制系統。
具有反饋的閉環自動控制系統由位置檢測部分、偏差放大部分、執行部分及被控對象組成。
伺服系統的性能要求
伺服系統必須具備可控性好,穩定性高和適應性強等基本性能。說明一下,可控性好是指訊號消失以后,能立即自行停轉;穩定性高是指轉矩隨轉速的增加而均勻下降;適應性強是指反應快、靈敏、響態品質好。
伺服系統的種類
通常根據伺服驅動機的種類來分類,有電氣式、油壓式或電氣—油壓式三種。
伺服系統若按功能來分,則有計量伺服和功率伺服系統;模擬伺服和功率伺服系統;位置伺服和加速度伺服系統等。
電氣式伺服系統根據電氣信號可分為DC直流伺服系統和AC交流伺服系統類。AC交流伺服系統又有異步電機伺服系統和同步電機伺服系統兩種。
伺服電機配有旋變器或數字量EnDat 2.2接口,能夠滿足高要求。8LVA系列電機轉動慣量低,具有很高的動態特性和優異的自加速性能。其它顯著特性還包括低齒槽和高過載能力。這款電機以IP54防護等級作為標準,也可選IP65防護等級。它們可以選配抱閘。8LV電機專為ACOPOSmicro 伺服驅動器而設計,可以提供高的性能,而且結構其緊湊。8LVA伺服電機的應用范圍廣泛,在1 kW以下功率范圍內能夠提供優質性價比。

交流伺服電機的基本構造與交流感應電動機(異步電機)相似。在定子上有兩個相空間位移90°電角度的勵磁繞組Wf和控制繞組WcoWf,接恒定交流電壓,利用施加到Wc上的交流電壓或相位的變化,達到控制電機運行的目的。交流伺服電機具有運行穩定、可控性好、響應快速、靈敏度高以及機械特性和調節特性的非線性度指標嚴格(要求分別小于10%~15%和小于15%~25%)等特點。

步進電機的控制為開環控制,啟動頻率過高或負載過大易出現丟步或堵轉的現象,停止時轉速過高易出現過沖的現象,所以為保證其控制精度,應處理好升、降速問題。交流伺服驅動系統為閉環控制,驅動器可直接對電機編碼器反饋信號進行采樣,內部構成位置環和速度環,一般出現步進電機的丟步或過沖的現象,控制性能較為可靠。
換流器(Inverter)一般由6個功率晶體管(q1~q6)分為上臂(q1、q3、q5)/下臂(q2、q4、q6)連接電機作為控制流經電機線圈的開關。控制部則提供pwm(脈沖寬度調制)決定功率晶體管開關頻度及換流器(Inverter)換相的時機。直流無刷電機一般希望使用在當負載變動時速度可以穩定于設定值而變動太大的速度控制,所以電機內部裝有能感應磁場的霍爾傳感器(Hall-sensor),作為速度之閉回路控制,同時也做為相序控制的依據。

伺服系統(servo mechanism)是使物體的位置、方位、狀態等輸出被控量能夠跟隨輸入目標(或給定值)的變化的自動控制系統。伺服主要靠脈沖來定位,基本上可以這樣理解,伺服電機接收到1個脈沖,就會旋轉1個脈沖對應的角度,從而實現位移,因為,伺服電機本身具備發出脈沖的功能,所以伺服電機每旋轉一個角度,都會發出對應數量的脈沖,這樣,和伺服電機接受的脈沖形成了呼應,或者叫閉環,如此一來,系統就會知道發了多少脈沖給伺服電機,同時又收了多少脈沖回來,這樣,就能夠很的控制電機的轉動,從而實現的定位,可以達到0.001mm
